Table game / Gambling system with risk vs reward

I had an idea for how table games could work in MO2 and how it could encourage pvp/exploring.

Basically every city would have a table game/gambling area where there would be 1 blackjack table and 1 poker (hold em) table.
Poker table would require other players to be sat down, blackjack would play against the dealer.

In blue towns, max bet would be a low amount something like up to 1g.
In red town like Kranesh, GK, and JC max bet can be higher something like 15-50g.

There would also be a TC building like reliquary that cannot be put inside keep that would have custom max bet.
In the TC version , the blackjack winnings would pull from supply. If no supply, only poker would be available.

This would allow people to "safely" gamble in blue towns but with lower stakes.
If you want to have higher stakes you would need to take your chances in a red town or private game hosted by a guild.


You could also release thievery along with this as it would add a lot of thievery content.

All you need to do is have the artists make a themed mortal deck of cards and implement sitting mechanic and this would add a ton of immersive and RP gameplay to the game where gambling is actually fun instead of a ticket lottery system where one person gets an ungodly amount of gold.
