So, the specs on my PC are Ryzen 3200G and Radeon 5500XT and performance isnt good enough to play. Game will run, but not very smoothly. Obviously this is barely mid-range if that. Initially I assumed the weak point for running this game would be the CPU. But when I check it out, CPU is running at 60-70% and the GPU is always at 99%. So, it seems I need to get a new GPU, probably a minimum of NVIDIA 1070 and also a new CPU probably a Ryzen 5 would be enough, but would probably get a Ryzen 9. I am not 100% sure a NVIDIA 1070 would be good enough, but if it is then that is $360+ and the CPU would be another $300+, with the current shortages and inflated pricing.
I am a little concerned about how successful this will be with such high requirements during a time that prices are so inflated. It is already a niche genre and I am surprised the 5500XT is not good enough since it is a relatively new mid-range GPU. A lot of people might get PO'd when they buy the game and find that the system requirements listed on the site are not accurate.
