Steam update - instalation stuck

Hi,

since few days for each updates my steam got crazy.
i download the update quite fast because they are small and at 100% the instalation is stuck and en remaining time increase desperatly ... like now more than 1 year !

the first time i just wait because it was before sleeping.
the last time i had to check files and folder to unlock the situation....

now i'm trying the same thing check files but there is something wrong with updates.

i had patches for other games and all were ok.

i also red in discord than other people have the same issue.

I this issue still. I need a fix for it please.

The patch DLs 403/403 which is 100%....then it continues for hours with the 5G/47G
