Starter cities with safer graveyards/short run to vendors/bank?

Hi all,

What are the post-Haven cities with the safest paths to graveyards relatively close to vendors and bank?

For instance

+ TIndrem seems to be enclosed in the city, and the run to the bank is short
- Morin Khur on the other hand has a very long run to the GY, with a GY that has plenty danger from other players

Interested in any other cities worth a look for a safer early-game GY experience.
