PvP macros were banned in the first game, are they going to be banned in MO2?

What's a "PVP" macro?
As far as I know simple macros (that do not contain any "intelligence") were totally fine.

Previously loot macros and macros that would attack for you were banned.

Thats more like botting than a simple macro.
