Postal service is not working

I tried to send an email to a player who came to NAVE for the first time two hours ago, but it says INVALID NAME and won't run.
The name is correct, of course, and we've both checked with the MAIN Server. However, he can send mail to me(but I cannot).

Is anyone else experiencing the same error?　Please let me know if there is a solution.
