Player made quests.

They need to bring in town boards where people can post quests using drop-down menus and number input fields that will then turn that into text.
Like, let's say, I need a full stack of saburra, so I select Saburra Pile, and enter 10,000 units, collect from Meduli, and deliver to Fabernum. Reward is 20 gold.
The board will then turn that into, "I require 10,000 units of Saburra Pile to be collected from Meduli and delivered to Fabernum, for a reward of 20 gold."
Something along those lines.
