Name Claiming- how to go about it?

hello, i was wondering if there was something extra i wasnt aware of when it came to claiming my in game name? ive already donated for the conflux package, and created a character with the name desired, just didnt know if i was missing a crucial step. thanks in advanced!

I'm willing to bet there's already a handful of people trying to claim my name in there. Hell there's been two or three fake accounts on this forum already.
