Mounted Mercy Mode

If you place a character into mercy mode while they are mounted they can still ride the horse at max speed and turn speed while in mercy mode. This is a ridiculous mechanic and needs to be removed immediately. Stop the horse from moving if they are in mercy mode.

Additionally, if you place a horse into mercy mode while the rider is on it they can turn the mount while it's in mercy mode. This too needs to be removed.

but if your half dead, you could also still tel a horse to keep moving (realistic speaking). a big debuff would be better i think personly
