Mana consumption doubled

For example, Fumigation tooltip says 30 mana, but the spell actually consumes 60.

Is it working as intended? Do other players have the same issue?

Mana cost in the spellbook is with maximized mental focus. Buy the book for 2,5 gold and cast spells to reach 100 and the costs should align.

Not your fault. The spellbook should show the default mana cost, not the cost when trained specifically in mana usage reduction.
