Is there a way to delete you charecter without getting into the server

Left haven and stuck in qeueue. Was wondering if there is a way to delete my charecter without having to connect so I can just start fresh in haven. as a new player im sure i've probably left too early anyways.

It's a shame after a while I managed to get in and I've had quite the adventure after getting murdered due to mistaken Identity. So not all bad
