Im having an issue where if I tab out of game, or try to change from fullscreen mode, the game just crashes. This only happens in DirectX12, when I try DirextX11 it allows me to tab out.
It only started semi-recently, like around the housing patch, or maybe the patch before.
Anyone else having these issues? Im on a 3060ti with up to date drivers. I also tried "verify integrity of game files" on steam, it said everything was fine.

No, I think you're right, I don't see any technical specific forums. You could also check the discord, there are help forums, but again nothing specific about technical, which is surprising and a good suggestion:

As for your issue, I do run the game on DirectX 12 (tho running a 3080) and am able to alt-tab fine (though out of borderless windowed mode, which I'm assuming you can't switch to since you say you say can't change from fullscreen mode).

I swear I saw some message sometime after the most recent patch that there were some issues with Directx 12 which they were working on and were saying to use Directx 11 if you ran into them in the meantime, but I could be wrong.

You can always do a "Report Bug" in game, and also if you do ask in the above Discord, you may get more active help/others that are running into it, and often the devs will respond directly.

So I sorta fixed it by going into game with dx11 , swtiching to windowed fullscreen, and then going in with dx12. I can now play without fear of crashing from alt-tabbing on accident.
