Scholastic: I was looking over clades to recommend buffs/nerfs and I noticed that this one no longer has a purpose once you have read everything. I'm thinking either have it give +1 int and +1 Psyche (Or just Raw Mana) Better yet combine it with Educated +20% reading speed +10 Skill levels in Lore. Not sure what educated would be replaced with.
Opportunistic: While useful? I've never seen it work (50+ parcel runs with it 100 Rep with Tind 25 Kurite and about to be 50 with Nords) So I'd suggest changing it to pick a nation to get +25 max relations (Except Risar) and possibly +5 max relations with other factions.
I'm a human player so not sure what clades basically become useless for other characters but I'm going to look into it and suggest changes for any clades that do not seem to have any purpose.
