healer/crafter not being able to level clades like fighters?

Why don't I get any clades for crafting/gathering/taming/etc...?Am I Forced to change my spec and endlessly pve for talent points? Clades don't even share from mobs so if I'm a healer/crafter I'm just get screwed?

It's a crap system, it's a sandbox but you're forced to kill zombies to have a chance of getting clade xp. They've said they'll add more ways of getting it, but why this isn't a priority is beyond me.

Why would you need to change your spec? Crafting and combat are in separate groups. Even if you are a full healer, you have access to combat spells, which is enough to farm zombies or maybe some bandit camps from a horse. Yes, the system is boring.
