I think the guard situation, especially in small towns, is really poorly done
Currently 2 elite guards minimum on each gate, absolutely loads of normal, elite, and lictor guards inside small towns
i think it would be way better if the # guards in small towns was halved, elite gate guards replaced with normal guards that don’t hit 100s with bows, and lictors replaced by elite guards in FEW buildings of special importance
