So usage going high 90s to 40s, some times 30s. If im standing still somewhere, its just a flat line, the moment i start moving around the map or engaging with other players this is the spiking....2080ti, 1800x @3.7 (stable with 9200 R15 score). only 16gb of ram, i run memory cleaner and im never going above 8GB usage anyways of the 16. my CPU temps are ~60c, GPU temp is 78c and GPU memory temp is 95c, evga 2080ti black memory temp supposedly goes to 120c on VRM so i think 95c is okay. Why is this happening? I just spent 30hours going over everything i know in BIOS, overclocking CPU and making sure its stable, running stress tests...
the game is running better than i've ever seen, and yet these spikes still occur...im running 2560x1440, EPIC everything with ultra quality DLSS and getting stable 100fps in Vadda bank, 100+ in jungle 110+ 115+ often times, but i can't avoid this freeze...every spike is 0fps for 300-800ms and if im riding a horse, those are like every 10 seconds.
