Game freezing at launch - EAC won't install

Can't play the game right now because it freezes right after launching(I get stuck at a black screen).

Tried installing EAC on launcher and inside steam folder(with admin rights, both the exe and bat files) with no success.

I manage to get to the menu if I launch the game exe inside the binaries folder(MortalOnline2-Win64-Shipping.exe) but then a message appears telling me I don't have EAC installed and then the game shuts down.

Any suggestions?

Found what the issue was.

My main windows account has an underscore in it and that somehow stopped the EAC from running.

I gotta say, that's some lame coding. Imagine having to create and log onto a new windows account to play a game because the anti-cheat engine doesn't work on yours because of its name lol.
