Since the new server setup, pre-wipe, and hot fix 0.1.13.13 (multiple changes = troubleshooting joy), my computer is crashing during character creation or when minimizing the screen for MO2 to access anything else, ie discord, chrome, file folder. Crash for character creation occurs immediately during body customization for the face. The crash from minimizing the screen occurs immediately when I alt+esc. I run on cinematics setting, but tested reducing graphics and also tested fullscreen, windowed fullscreen, and windowed. I updated my video card (AMD Vega 64), I was running version from 12/10/21 now is running version from 01/18/22, but neither version resolve issue. I will try more troubleshooting tomorrow, but before new server setup I was playing daily for several hours no issue.

So ultimately, the SOLUTION to being able to play the game again without frequent crashes (was crashing 3 minutes or less in) was to run the game using Direct X 11 instead of Direct X 12. I've been playing Mortal Online 2 using Direct X 12 from the beginning on December 26th without issue until January 18th. I will try using Direct X 12 again upon the next game update.
