Forget Alchemy of all things making arrows, just add fletching under Bowyer.
Create Arrows and possible even quivers. (Oh please quivers!)
Material dependent crafting like everything else that can increase range by X.
Normal shoddy wooden arrows field crafted with negative to range.
Arrows that deal % Slashing damage instead of piercing,
Arrows that deal blunt at a cost of range, arrows that poison, arrows that bleed, tracer arrows, maybe even flares!
And yes if you insist Fire arrows.
Fletching should be its own tree under Bowyer not under alchemy.
