Players are fishing for trinkets at blue towns such as fab bridge/river. This is where the guards attack players on sight, even if they are on the opposite side of the bridge (west).
For reference, the fab graveyard is about 5 times further away than this fishing location is to the town.
Players should not be able to feel safe while farming PVE, especially not if it yields powerful soulbound items.
One way to resolve this would be to remove patrolling guards outside of the town, this way players have to fend for themselves when farming instead of rely on NPC guards.
Additionally, the trinket drop rates should be very low or zero at these town areas. There is a huge lake south of Fab, players should be encouraged to fish at such a location and not just be encouraged to live inside a town because its way safer and convenient.
