Extreme and constant micro-freezes

Hi guys i just recently downloaded the game again but its unplayable for me now, i did play sometime when the game launched and i dont remember much problems, i know that I dont have that good of a pc but maybe there is something i could do.

Game works pretty normal if im not moving, but as long as im moving the game begins to freeze constantly, even when running, with a horse its even worse
I've been playing with the options but to no success, it always microfreezes

PC is i39100f and 1650super with 16gb ram 3200mhz
Windows is installed in a SSD and the game in a m2ssd

Its a pretty basic setup but Im using something similar. First question: Where on the map are you? The game isnt well optimized and some areas especially with loads of players can be some work. Id say use GeForce to reduce your resolution, use DX12 (for me it actually gave a frame boost but the game can crash on DX12 sometimes) and dont use low textures, the medium textures in my experience give better frames lol. Also foliage and shadows should be on low.

I recommend trying to clear you directx cache and maybe your nviida shader cache.
Looks a bit like shader compilation stutter
