Hello everyone,

On 20 March I made the $39 donation to test the game prior to the open stress test that releases tomorrow (it said a few keys were still available), but it currently shows on the donation page as "pending" although the funds left my bank account etc. I have yet to receive a key and have tried to email MO2 via the contact me page with directions to come to the forums.

Has anyone else experienced this issue or know a way to resolve it? I attached a screenshot of what it shows for me.

Bump. Still no resolution on the account management. I know the stress test this weekend is open, but I'd like to play the beta afterwards and additionally, i did donate when it said there are keys and have yet to get it. Just trying to see if this kind of delay is normal or if there is some sort of issue that needs to be resolved.
