Late February's patch is supposed to add mounts, taming, and ecumenical magic. At the same time this patch hits, it would be nice to see races, skillcaps, and attribute caps make it in. Actual skill training can be like 20x faster than post-launch, it's the caps that are important.
Why? Because then we're actually going to see builds emerge. We'll have everything in except some of the magic schools but without caps balancing is largely going to be guesswork. If we actually have caps and bonuses we'll see things play out a bit more realistically and be able to give more relevant balancing feedback.
