A stone for blade sharpening?

You know the big round stones (like a wheel) that had a pedal & a chain to turn it, would those be a possible add on?

I'd like to see some sort of mechanic to get some use out of worn down weapons. When durability drops below a certain point, it's so much weaker. If there was a way to improve it again, or maybe even just recycle it for materials.

That would be good to have a way to sharpen a blade again, I do not know what those tools that did it back then are called though. Kingdom Come: Deliverance has them.
