You could eliminate half of your complaints by simply adding a "delete character" option to the settings so that players won't have to sit in a 24 hour queue just to finally delete the character they worked so hard on. If you don't address some things and actually fix some problems people are going to start reporting you to their banks as fraudulent, getting their money back, and fraud reports reflect really bad on a company.
