Hi, I'm trying to solve my brothers performance issues, for some reason the game uses 100% cpu for him. He has a i7 3770 which yes is old but I'm running a i7 4770 which is almost identical in performance.
On my 4770 I'm capped at 60 (everything on low, running a res inbetween 1080 and 720, I forget but it begins with 1366). We both have 16gb of ram (he might actually have more, im not sure, but his ram is definitely faster then mine). We also both have SSD drives. I have a GTX 1060 he has a RTX 2070.
All things considered it seems he should be getting better performance than me, something strange is happening with his CPU.
Does anyone have any ideas on what's happening or how to solve this?
Any help appreciated.
Edit: Forgot to mention we both run those same settings.
Edit 2: I also forgot to mention he gets about 30-45 fps.
