The low amount of upkeep tine is punishing to say the least. I have a 2 week vacation coming up to Hawaii. Sure my guild says they will pay it, but what if they don't? 350 hours?!?!? On a tier 3 small house 350 hours MAX upkeep is not reasonable!!!!

And I truly understand that there are liars and cheats etc, bit man o man lose every single thing you own on an established character AND all your guilds mats for armor and the lack of empathy and information is the loudest silence ever. Horrible customer service effort, which we seem to have...

I was gone one hour, it had like 350,000 hit points, there would have to be an army of people hitting it for that to happen. They will say it's my fault, and screw me over. You know it, I know it, and they know it. It's just futile as hell to think they will do the right thing.
