My problem is that it's unnecessary and makes zero sense that reading a book magically grants me the ability to find blood ore in the Granum that I've already been crushing...

I suggest that material lore in the regards to ores and stones be changed from "learnable through lore books" to "learnable through actions", it doesn't make any sense at all that I have to read a lore book in order to start getting blood ore from Granum, if it was learning how to smelt the ore...
