The misconception that a veela wont get away is odd. Yeah they have more stam but if the veela manages his stam properly he has much better regen. He just needs to get away just long enough to regen a bit of stam then keep kiting.

Full transparency. I made an extensive list but I also took that list to many different veterans of the game and asked them how they would break the system. Then expanded my list with counter mechanics.
I do agree stat loss is rough on the fun factor. What would you suggest? It's simply there to up the stakes of bounty hunting. Maybe a raw gold cost that increase with the target bounties rank? It needs to be significant in order to make this line of work a challenge.

If you find yourself in a 1vX situation the amount of stam you lose to people spam hitting you for 1 dmg makes it nearly impossible to stay in the fight. You have to disengage and stand still doing nothing. The opposite of gameplay.
