Well this was officially solved, I uninstalled it and moved the location to another drive and now I can play the game. In case anybody who ever reads this is wondering the game would launch normally however in the menu the info banner would not load and the game wouldn't connect to servers...

Installed game and cant do anything because im stuck on "logging in" I havent even been able to create a character. I tried different servers, restarting game and pc, and validating game files but nothing works. 70 minutes of logging in what do I need to do to be able to play?
