Shadows in towns and on certain objects shimmer & flutter.

I've tested this in DX11 and DX12 and have a AMD 6800XT.

The shadows shimmer and flutter for close-medium range shadows. The most obvious is in Meduli.

Is there a fix or solution for this problem.

Additional to windows10, I tested this under Linux (proton) and found the same issue.

The only way to show this issue would be to record a video, it is not noticeable enough with static screenshots.

As it turns out this is a bug with shadows below Cinematic.
Essentially the edge shimmering happens on all shadow detail modes but when you use LOW-Medium that shimmering extends to almost the whole shadow, you can see some of this in HIGH setting and even CINEMATIC but its less obvious because on those modes it only does it at the SOFT SHADOWED edge vs the whole shadow.

This is certainly a bug to how the shadows are applied in MO2 and something the developers could fix if they so choose. I have played other UE4 games and messed with shadow settings in them and the problem doesn't occur. So its how MO2 shadow profiles are configured!

Please fix.
