Reseting password problems?

Hey all,

Been trying to get into the beta and i'm having a huge problem with reseting my password, wondering if anyone else has had this problem / has a solution. Waiting on response from support current.

I try to reset password, get the email for the reset key go back to the reset form and submit with the reset key. Then I just get sent another reset key...am I missing something obvious??

i just tried and it works, i don't understand what you are doing wrong, i'll tell you my process:

1st step
"Forgot password?" form
i enter my email and username, leave the reset key blank, click Send

2nd step
i get an email saying:

Password reset request
Your password reset key is: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

3rd step
"Forgot password?" form
i enter again my email, username and the reset key i just got

4th step
i get another email saying:

Password reset
Your new password is: yyyyyyyy

5th step
on login i enter my username and the new password i just got

6th step
successfully login and change password

I never get the email. And they say to contact support but I can't find a way to contact them much less open a ticket.
