Aside from current systems of criminals and murderers
I think if we would have something like a permemant color change to the name tag
for example
Killing blues dyes your name red the more killed the more red it becomes
this will have no effect on any system aside from letting Blue a warning about that person ,
If seeing someone in the wild with a Dark Red name they would know what to expect
and ARPK guilds could go around punishing those Dark Red players
This color system would serve only as a notification to players about the person infront of them , rather than causing effects on players with such names
