I feel like Mind Blast should be able to do damage to animals and Humanoids.
From my basic testing, it does little to no damage to any NPC.
Can we get some stats added to the AI of the NPC so that the spell can work, or, can you add a flat damage value to Mindblast for when it is used against an NPC?
I think this would enable more flexibility for mages and hybrids in PvE.
