Why don't we attach race to territory? It doesn't make sense. We should put elves to jungle or forest city, we should put orcs to steppe city, dwarfs to mountain city and humans to fields city. Why mix them all up? It's not authentic

Because even if you restrict the spawn, people will just migrate where they want and it will be mixed again.

The do, The Sheevra Have their own "Town" inside a cave Next to Toxai. It currently has no NPCs in it. Toxai Is controlled by Anim Sith, which are the Alvarin More specifically the Veela race. Both Veela and Sheevra are Alvarin, Belonging to Anim Sith. They are bonded with their beliefs of "Anam, the spirits of nature who are believed to be present in all things." Very little is known about the Alvarin, outside the relations with the Khurites.

Khurite, they are nomadic. Meaning they are mobile and move around alot. The only city that can not be moved is the Khurite capital, Morin Khur. Bakti, Vadda, Moh Ki, are all "Temporary outpost" Meaning they can pack up and go. They are people of the steps, They will reside where ever they see fit for combat, and supply routes.

Tindremene Is pretty much just cocky humans. They are believe to be the most advanced civilization in the known world, they are arguably so. Based off their mass wealth, and technology. Education is not uncommon within their society. Their capital is Tindrem, dont be fooled by fancy structures, and access to masses of knowledge. For their capital was built with the assistance of the allied Húergar.

Húergar, they used to live above ground, until the Conflux. Once the alliance with Tindremic Empire fell through, most of them decided to go back to safety and seclusion of the Talus Mountains. Little is know about the Húergar that never came out of the Mountains. Most of who came out during the alliance with the Tindremic Empire have adapted to new societies. Even with doing so they still believe and worship Oghma, Goddess of stone and metals. The believe Oghma is the one who created their people. They believe Ichor is the blood of Oghma, they use it for rituals and smoke it. Centuries of exposure to Ichor has believed to caused them skin diseases and light sensitivity. It may also given them an unmatched sense of logic. *cough cough* Why Tindrim is a thing *cough cough*

But with the additional
continents planed to be added, perhaps well see whole masses of land owned by one race, and also get a deeper look into eaches origins.
