I read somewhere that investing in Equidae gives you a bit of PetPoints per point(s) invested or helps you tame abit higher level horses. Not sure if this is true, can anyone verify for me?

Equidae, PetPoints, and Horse Taming

What it actually does is make a horse "cost" fewer pet points. It is supposed to make them easier to tame, but they are so easy that I haven't felt the need to do any actual testing of this. I have found 50 points in taming to be enough with or without Equidae, although I haven't done any taming since yesterdays patch.
TY! Hopefully someone shares the info if they know, how much horse pet points cost is reduced by investing in Equidae lore.
So in a situation that makes Horses cost fewer Pet Points, do they become easier to Herd?
Yes, you can have more horses at once with equidea, especially low level ones.
When you have more than one pet out each one after the first costs +20 points beyond it's usual number required, so having fewer be required in the first place helps, but that 20 points is still tacked on until you level up the herding skill and it cuts that number, I think in half.
