A lot of the time I miss the server related messages appearing on my screen for a few seconds. Could we get system messages like server reboots appear as Red text in all the chat tabs (General, Local, Guild, Combat etc) and in a slightly more frequency so people are 100% sure a reboot happens.

Has there been any information about underwaters having specific resources or even loot? (e.g Sunken Chests). I think it would make exploration more fun and also make Swimming based characters more viable.
