    Add forced player looting

The main problem with this is that in a game you can respawn an infinite amount of time and be free from most consequences

I think voice chat is better than bubbles over your head

    Add forced player looting

Inventory peeking and stealing will come with thievery probably. I imagine if you just peeked into someone's inv you could make them give it to you. Robbing would have to count as a harsh rep fall or murder count. Else people would just walk up to every gatherer. Bop them on the head and take...

    Add forced player looting

The problem is that your life in a video game where you can easily respawn isn't equal to your life in real life. So in a game getting robbed and losing all your items is basically the same as getting killed. So basically you want to be able to kill people without penalty...

    Tind GY

No. Just think killing new players on the EA launch when you're level 100 vet and they're some newcomers just trying the game is dumb

Torn on build/play style - any insight from Veterans?

If you want a self sufficient non mounted build I'd probably suggest a Thusar warrior. Life steal clade combined with heavy armor, weapon and lots of strength probably makes it the most viable solo PvE build aside from mounted stuff. Although mounted is really important and I honestly can't...

    Mage Leveling on launch

The main reason why mage is called OP is because of how low cost it is to be a fat mage on a mount with 50s worth of items and be able to kill someone in the best gear available. In a way it's almost like set up for griefing. They need to nerf base mage and then add items that boost magic stats...

    Mage Leveling on launch

I've come to terms that the balance between melee ranged and magic is just inherently broken and will never be fair or make sense. I guess if it's too annoying the only option is to not play a mage. Even though many of us always play mages in every game

    Mage Leveling on launch

The solution is to make a macro where you cast spurt and heal yourself for 12 hours straight unfortunately

    Tiered Rep System

could also have different levels of punishment for each bracket. Like one is you can no longer revive near towns, then the next is you can no longer enter town, then the next is anyone can kill you on sight

    Tiered Rep System

Everyone talking about rep reminded me of AO's rep system which I think would work nicely in this game. Basically, you have rep tiers, and the higher rep you have the more rep someone loses for killing you. This works because if someone has a really high rep (meaning they never hurt anyone) you...

Improve Wardec System by Making Attackers Criminal but Prevent Rep/Murder Counts

I really do hope this is added. I've seen a lot of people shaming others for not accepting their war decs. There's no shame in not wanting a group of no-lifes to grief you while you're minding your own business in town in their crappy pig armor

What's the point of the criminal system when it doesn't work?

Imagine protesting by moving on with your life and finding a game or hobby that you enjoy instead of trying to ruin the game for everyone else

    Mage Discrimination

You certainly have to sacrifice a lot to play a viable mage. Either skinny or fat, extremely slow, low carry weight.

Player Backpacks - Visualizing player inventory

Also this basically already exists with small horse bags and large horse bags

Player Backpacks - Visualizing player inventory

Ignoring everything else this wouldn't really work because people could just have a bag full of pig meat or granum. Artificially putting a bullseye on players with vaulable loot just so someone can kill them would be dumb

How long should I stay in Haven?

Probably the safest cities are Hyllspellia, Today, MK. From pkers that is. Fabernum is haven basically. But you might as well learn the layouts of some other towns before launch. Meduli is usually a hive of scum and villainy tbh

How long should I stay in Haven?

Id say once you've got taming and creature control trained I'd leave, spawn in fabernum and tame a horse. Probably learning how to get a horse is your next step. Just use the mo 2 online map

    Add horse vendors in towns

This game isn't playable without a horse. I can see many players losing their horse in a bad location and never logging on again. They should add a horse vendor that sells slow, low hp horses just so players can at least get around a bit. It won't stop anyone from buying horses from tamers, but...

Disable Murdercount on Use of Home Priest or in the World At Large

Seems like the issue is largely caused by group fights. Maybe some sort of group cap would help. Like you can only lose X amount of rep for killing players within a 15 minute period
