Cooldown is 3 minutes, it lasts 25 seconds. 25% damage done converted to health. I use it constantly. The more hits you land the better it gets. It is also great for PVE, you can solo all non boss mobs with it.
Sounds like poor stamina management my friend. I can 1v2-3 pretty easily stamwise. Were you using a shield? Are you missing any Stam skills like feint techniques or blocking? Using a heavy weapon?
You can't have quick charging spells and maneuverability because that would be over powered as fuck. Can you imagine how hard it would be to kill a serpentineing horse with a mage pumping heals into it faster than an archer can shoot? It's fine the way it is, imo.
Add hitching posts outside Banks/Crafting buildings that players can hitch their horses to. When horse is hitched player has access to horse's bags while in that building.
Don't trade hits. As soon as you make contact with your swing you can immediately block (even as an NA). If someone is landing first consistently on you and you think it's a ping issue then trying to 'trade hits' is a bad plan. EU have a ping advantage but I don't think removing counter reduced...
I'm from NA 170ms. When fighting 1vx my combat log is full of counter reduced hits. I think it is a good mechanic. Why do you think it exclusively benefits EU?
It won't save you from getting flopped but it is extremely powerful. Idk if it needs buff.
Don't forget the active portion of the clade Adamant increases magical healing by 20% for the 10 second duration. With 86 int you can lesser heal yourself for 17s.
Active regen is 6hp/2 seconds. You can sit anytime and start healing after 2 seconds. 3.3hp/10s + (2x10hp)/60s = 40hp/minute passive healing, always, forever. It is very strong, especially if your healers suck.
I like where Damage to horses is at right now. It's not like you can't just run away at any time anyway. Mobility AND staying power is just silly, imo.
