Yet another reason the game will be dead very soon.

You being smashed by alvarins doesn't mean they're OP

    Red brokers

So as we all wait for a patch that should add buy orders, i think it's a good time for a suggestion like this one. Add red brokers outside of towns that are tied to that town's broker. They would serve 3 purposes: - They would bring reds into local economies. More buyers and sellers is always...

    Horse Armor

Not sure why it should be changed. Maybe horse armor could be buffed a little but HP nerfed a little, but otherwise why? Make tribrids stronger?

Are non-toxic open world PvP games possible?

Most people don't wear armors that need maxed HAT. Steel weapons are pretty much what most players use, but flakestone is enough to beat them. You are at a disadvantage, but it's not a 250gs character meeting 500gs character in BDO or something. "Newbies" in MO2 are not people who don't have a...

Are non-toxic open world PvP games possible?

Character progression is fast in MO2. If you spend a little time in Haven, you can leave it with a combat-ready character which will only be marginally worse than a fully built one.

    Murderers and Consequences

Yes they took away town pvp without giving anything in return, and then access chests made things even worse. It's not PKs who drive people away. It's SV.

Are non-toxic open world PvP games possible?

The actual game happens in black zones anyway. There could be a safe-ish island which players can visit, very limited resource wise, i.e. only basic stuff. But i don't think that'll help just like i don't think that zones is the reason why albion succeeded. I didn't play much but i don't...

    Murderers and Consequences

You have no points. Just salt.

    Murderers and Consequences

Your whole post is full of salt and baseless assumptions. Killing a lesser foe may not be a challenge but getting good enough is. You never know if it's a lesser foe or not. You should probably post a video of PKs running from well matched opponents or be called out for BS. And you're the one...

    Murderers and Consequences

It was the main take of your post: "i bought 4 accounts so i have the right to bla-bla-bla". What should i feel instead, guilt? It's not like i never mine. How do i know if it's a newbie or a pro? Why should i care if they're naked or not, as i said, being naked/unarmed is not a pvp toggle...

    Murderers and Consequences

No matter how many accounts you buy, this game is not designed around people who whine about being killed while mining 🤷‍♀️

    Murderers and Consequences

Something you aren't a part of, apparently. You want to not be ganked while you're mining, there's New World, they have PvP toggle, you won't see me on their forums asking to remove it.

Why are mounts slowed down by armor but players not?

It's a computer game horse. It weights as much as the game designer wants it to.
  14. Tashka

    Murderers and Consequences

Yet it is a full loot PvP game and you will be ganked, so if things like that are capable of ruining your day, you better not play it and not try to force the devs into changing the game to your liking in expense of it's core audience.
  15. Tashka

    Murderers and Consequences

If it ruins your day you shouldn't be playing full loot pvp mmos.
  16. Tashka

    Murderers and Consequences

It may not be satisfying but now they can take whatever you were mining.
  17. Tashka

    Murderers and Consequences

Being unarmed miner is not a pvp toggle.

Are non-toxic open world PvP games possible?

Judging from your definition, a non-toxic sandbox open world pvp mmorpg would probably be quite boring. This is just people being people, this means the game gives them some strong emotions, almost like true rivalry etc. Anyway it's not overly excessive in MO2 compared to other games. I'd even...

Are non-toxic open world PvP games possible?

Depends on how you define toxicity. If they throw insults at you and call you noob and stuff then they're probably quite toxic, if they just kill and loot you they're just playing the game. From this PoV, MO2 is not toxic at all unlike say Atlas.

    Nerf Veela

What, 50% chance to not consume reagents? Helpful but doesn't really help in PvP. Reduced fall damage? Good for escaping, not so much for fighting. Stamina regen? Cool but hardly OP, if you're veela you run a lot; plus thursars have their 10% stamina drain reduction when swinging, and oghmirs...
