    I wouldnt say much though. But now after wiffing a swing there is time enough for a swing to get through. No need to add another cd between changing blocks, that will simply disrupt too much to really gain from it.

    MO didnt have cooldown on blocks. All the blocking changes MO made after release made the game more zerg friendly and limited low number group play.     This would ruin any chance a smaller group has to beat a larger one. Every block would give opening and no chance at blocking multiple hits coming in.
