This is true in any game... He who attacks first generally wins. It is also like that in real life and in sports, he who seizes the initiative generally wins. So the moral of the story is, be proactive not reactive.

Unless you are 10% faster than any one else you arent going to out run anything. You need to keep distance long enough to run them out of stamina and keep putting distance. This is REALLY hard to do unless you have a 10% advantage.

Yes 31 is pretty much the perfect age for a dex mage sheevra. I have a lot of opinions on how viable it is in the current state of magic and pets, but that may change in the future.. far future. But with my experience with MO1, I find it unlikely that dex mages will ever be really that viable...

First I dislike the current wardec system I think it is pretty weak. Currently you have to mutually agree to be at war with each other? What, yeah that is how every war has worked.... ever, in any universe. Wardecs should cost money. A mutual wardec should be less expensive than a forced...

Unless you have a 10% speed advantage over most foot fighters you arent getting away before they can beat you to death.

You can defeat anything solo... with a mounted archer. Speaking from experience.

So as a block b MO1 player.. I can sum up MO2 in a simple term. "light". It is Mortal Online Light. It took a lot of the complexity and depth out of the original Mortal Online, streamlined it, simplified it for the current crop of gamers, and gave us a decaf version of the original Mortal...

So armor reduction in game I imagine works like this. Damage is reduced by armor percentage. This number is then further reduced by natural damage mitigation. So in your example lets say you are wearing light armor on a Jotun, and let us say the Jotun has a 5% damage reduction without armor...

This right here.... This was the problem in MO1.

Its range is about 40-45m. It is pretty much max magic casting range. Its biggest advantage of it is it is useful in dungeons, caves, and at night time in the Jungle. Not moving is pretty much the thing to keep it balanced.

Last time I checked unless you have either portal knowledge you can click on a portal all day and it wont effect you.
