I am not what you mean about the Sidoian. As a 3/4th Sid and 1 part tin, I have 113 str at stout and 102 con, and I am the lowest height yet still have 22% damage bonus. Which is perfect for a MA/MM with my 90 Int.

Heavier armor shouldnt slow you down more.. but it should have a MUCH bigger stamina drain, a real stamina drain. Not this barely there drain we have now. I mean hell at 24kg out of 24kg I am at 97% stamina... lol no.

In short because PVP is the biggest turn around on equipment. Most equipment lost or destroyed is in PVP. Unless it is good equipment or useful to that individual or group they generally destroy it or leave it to vanish after the peaking in the bag to decrease the timer.

You can tame a young black bear at 71, and full ursa lore. It will take several tries, I think its about a 5-10% chance at success, so pretty slim. You wont get them pretty easily till you break 80-85 taming.
